Minimum Stays
We ask for a minimum stay of two nights please.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
In order to reserve a room for you we require a non-refundable deposit of £20 per room per night of your stay. If your circumstances change and you need to cancel the booking please let us know as soon as possible and at least 72 hours before your stay so that we do not have to charge you the full price for your room (we reserve the right to extend this time for Bank Holiday weekends). If we are able to re-let your room we will be happy to refund you less the £20 deposit per night.
Check-in Time
Check in time is between 4pm (16.00) and 7pm (19.00) – please let us know if you plan on arriving outside of these hours.
Check-out Time
Check-out time is 11am. We are happy to look after your bags for you (if we can) and for you to leave your car in our car park if you want to spend a few hours in Rye Harbour or fancy a walk to the beach after you leave.
Payment
We can accept payment by Debit Card; Credit Card ( excluding American Express ); Bank Transfer; Cheque or Cash.
No Smoking
The Old Vicarage at Rye Harbour is a no smoking establishment. If however, you do wish to smoke in the garden please do so with consideration for other users of the garden and please extinguish your cigarette in the sand filled flower pots provided. There is absolutely no smoking permitted within the house at any time.
Children
We are sorry but in order to allow all our guests a relaxing and peaceful stay we generally do not take children under 14 years of age.
Pets
We are animal lovers but find that many guests are allergic to animal hairs so unfortunately we cannot accept pets at The Old Vicarage.
