A small but perfectly formed home from home with everything you could possibly need to holiday in luxurious comfort. We ate twice at the newly refurbished William the Conqueror pub in Rye Harbour- a good Greek and Cypriot tinged menu. Thanks.

Excellent accommodation! Very well equipped and fitted to a very high standard. Enjoyed our stay exploring the local area. Rye is a great to look around with lovely little shops. The Ypres Castle was our favourite pub for food and drinks. The Apothecary was lovely for coffee and delicious cakes.

Lovely studio apartment well equipped with all the “extras” washing up liquid, tea towels etc.- much appreciated. We made the most of Rye, the sea and the walks, so much to do, so little time. PS Tuesdays Fish and Chip van was well worth the queue- delicious.

We received a lovely warm welcome from Simon & Tracey on arrival. The studio is perfectly equipped for 2 people for a short break/week stay. We enjoyed walks, beach (& swim in the sea!) and lovely restaurants. The boat trip from Bodiam Boating Station to Bodiam Castle was excellent. Thank you we will return. 5 Stars.
